Fleurista operates from Tuesday – Friday, 8AM –3PM.
Orders placed on the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday (excluding some public holidays).Orders placed on the weekday before 12NN, will be delivered on the same day and orders placed after 12NN will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery fee is charged per delivery address, per customer, per transaction.
Orders placed with incorrect recipient’s FULL NAME and FULL DELIVERY, Fleurista will not be responsible for the error when the order has been delivered to the incorrect information given by the customer. It is the customer’s obligation to provide a CORRECT recipient’s information. Always double the information of customer and the recipient before placing the order.
Depending on your shipping method, your order will be left in a safe and secure place at recipient’s delivery address, and we will notify the customer when the order has been delivered.
If there is no safe and secure place to leave the flowers out of direct sun, or we are unable to get into the property due to fencing, aggressive pets, incorrect/insufficient information provided, etc, we will contact the customer and the recipient. If still unsuccessful or no response from both customer and recipient, we will bring the flowers back to our studio. A re-delivery fee is required to be paid, or you can arrange for a pickup from the studio.
We cannot guarantee the delivery time for each order. especially during busy/peak hours. Please be aware that our delivery timeframe is from 9AM until 7PM.
If you have any requests (Example: they leave work by 3PM or They won’t be home until 1PM) please leave a comment in "notes" section at check out.
Fleurista will have no responsibility for delivered items that are accepted by the front desk, reception, concierge, or security person.
We will contact the recipient prior to delivery. If there is no response from the recipient, we will then contact the customer for the instructions. But if there is no response from both recipient and customer, we will leave the order at the reception/front desk. If there is no safe and secure place to leave the order, it will be taken back to the studio. A re-delivery fee is required to be paid, or you can arrange for a pickup from the studio.
We know that sending a floral arrangement can give them joy, comfort, and support. If it is allowed, we will deliver the order to the room. But if this is not allowed by the hospital, flowers will be left at reception. Please always provide a Department and Room Number together with recipients Full Name and Hospital Address.
We offer one (1) Free Fleurista Card per order/transaction. If greeting card is purchased, we will send that together with your order. Orders placed online, always double check the message written. Emojis will not be included in card messages as they are handwritten.
By law, alcohol cannot be ordered or delivered by or to a person under the age of 18 years old. In case no one over the age of 18 is available to receive the order at the given delivery address, the order will be taken back to the studio. A re-delivery fee is required to be paid, or you can arrange for a pickup from the studio.

Fleurista does not offer refund, especially when the order has already been delivered and unless the given address is outside of Brisbane Area. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the floral arrangement, please contact us at events@fleurista.com.au. We may ask for photos as proof, this is so we can contact our suppliers and let them know of quality issues. You can expect your flowers to last between 4-7 days or longer under the proper care. Please follower the ‘flower care tips’ provided. We urge you to contact us if you require any assistance.
In case you would like to cancel your order, we will refund the amount but a $15 administrative fee will be deducted. And ONLY IF the notice is received by Fleurista 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. The order will be forfeited/no amount will be refunded otherwise.
